Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with PeekaBoo Baby! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would love to help. Please see our Return Policy and list of Non-Returnable items below before initiating a return with us.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Clearance and sale items – these are FINAL sale!
  • Underwear
  • Products that have been customized or made to your specifications
  • Special order items such as cribs, furniture and other large and other heavy items

Items That Qualify for Return:
1. Return or exchange must be initiated within 14 days online or 30 days in-store of receiving your order.
2. Products must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unused and new condition
  • Undamaged to be accepted for return

Customer is responsible for the cost of return and exchange shipping on online orders.

Returning Online Orders
1. Customer must first contact us at to request return. Please include your order number and the names of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. After we have accepted your request, return needs to be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping on online orders.

There are two options for refunds for online order returns:

Refund: If you’d like a refund, please note, per our return policy, each order will incur a $9.95 restocking fee and will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive and inspect the items (typically in 2-3 days), we will issue a refund which will appear on your credit card statement within 1-12 business days.

Store Credit: If you’d prefer a store credit, it will be emailed to you within three business days of  receiving and inspecting the return. The $9.95 restocking fee will be waived for store credit return. Please note, store credit is valid for one year.

Exchanging Online Orders
Exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
Customer is responsible for the cost of exchange shipping on online orders.

Canceling an Online Order Before It Leaves the Shop
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order while it is still processing at our shop, there is a $5 processing fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returning and Exchanging In-Store Items
We would be happy to accept an exchange with the receipt within 30 days. We are unable to refund Special Orders or clearance items.

Gift Returns
If you are returning an item you received as a gift, we will provide a refund in store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping for online gift orders.
